At the helm of The Greek Table is George Zeus, a multi-award-winning chef whose passion for Greek and Cypriot cuisine shines through in every dish. Originally from Cyprus, Chef Zeus brings a new level of Greek gastronomy to Newbury, preparing everything fresh in the kitchen using only the finest ingredients.
Our Commitment to Quality
We take pride in sourcing our ingredients with care:
- Vegetables and specialty items are imported directly from Greece and Cyprus
- Meats are sourced from local farmers, supporting our community

- We use unfiltered Greek olive oil from our family-owned olive trees in Cyprus
